NI320TILT Tilt Sensor offers a range of features designed to ensure accuracy, flexibility, and safety. With its advanced MEMS Accelerometer, this sensor delivers high accuracy and reliable measurements of the tilt angle in three axes – X, Y, and Z. It has a wide measurement range of -90° to +90° and achieves an ultra-high resolution of 0.01° with an accuracy of ±1°.
In terms of flexibility, the NI320TILT can support up to 36 customized trigger alarms based on the angle or inclinations in each axis. This allows for a wide range of applications and provides great flexibility to users. Additionally, the sensor allows for customizing the initial position for detecting angle changes and sending threshold alarms, making installation easier and enhancing the user experience.
Moreover, the NI320TILT is designed for use in various applications, including structural health monitoring. Its robust enclosure and waterproof design ensure reliable performance even in outdoor environments. The sensor also supports wireless communication through Lora technology, making it easy to configure and install. By combining with LoRaWAN® gateway (NI400, NI67, NI65) and IoT Cloud solution, users can know the angles and tilt threshold alarms in real-time via browser or mobile app remotely.
